Rita Sowell

I have been a part of this wonderful school for over 20 years. First as a parent when we were St. Benedict at Auburndale and now as a 4K assistant teacher.

I have three daughters who graduated from SBA/SFA. When they were students, I went on countless field trips, served on the Home and School committee, and volunteered in any capacity possible. I have witnessed first hand the love and devotion our faculty and staff have for all children who walk these hallways. Now as a 4K assistant and kindergarten Religion teacher, I get to work with these stellar educators!

I have a BA in Journalism from the University of Memphis. I love to read, walk, travel, garden, and spend time with my family.
